E' un piatto molto gustoso e appetitoso.


Ingredient i

100 g Gorgonzola
100 g mascarpone
formaggio grana
latte q.b.
gherigli di noce spezzettati
prezzemolo q.b.

Mettere il gorgonzola nel tegame sul fuoco e farlo sciogliere molto piano con un goccino di latte.
Unire poi il mascarpone e fare sciogliere unendo un poco di acqua salata utilizzata per la cottura della pasta lasciando bollire sempre a fuoco molto basso e facendolo ridurre un poco.
Intanto cuocere la pasta, mantecarla ai frmaggi, unire le noci, il grana e al momento di servirla unire il prezzemolo.

Questo dolce l'ho preparato qualche mese fa quando le fragole erano ancora profumate e dolci ed era stato presentato da Susanna Badii alla prova del cuoco.


Ingredienti

15 g di gelatina
500 g di panna liquida
150 g di zucchero
scorza d'arancia o di limone grattugiata
semi di mezza bacca vanilla
600 g of white yogurt

A Valstagna the new administration gave a boost to public works by developing a range of interventions particularly important for the community. Molti sono gli impegni assunti ed altri in via di partenza. Merita un cenno la carrellata di opere varate nel giro di un anno. «Sono oltre cinquanta gli interventi realizzati dall'Amministrazione Comunale nel periodo luglio 2009 - settembre 2010 - spiega la Giunta - che spaziano dalla realizzazione di opere pubbliche ad interventi nei campi sociale, culturale, informativo ed altro». Vediamo allora quali sono i più importanti.

A metà settembre sono cominciati, a cura del Genio Civile di Vicenza, i lavori di sistemazione dell'intera asta del torrente Val Frenzela dalla località "Calieroni" alla località Fontanella (a monte della partenza Calà del Sasso). I lavori dell'importo di 857.946 euro prevedono la realizzazione di platee di dissipazione, manutenzione e sistemazione dei corpi delle briglie esistenti, riparazione delle opere di difesa idraulica laterale alla Valle, disboscamento, decespugliamento e risezionamento dell'intero alveo del torrente Valstagna.

Ricordiamo, al riguardo, che proprio la mancata manutenzione di questo torrente, nel novembre del 1966, provocò i danni immani che sconvolsero il centro di Valstagna. La mole di arbusti e di ghiaia portati a valle dalle piogge incessanti crearono una diga nella confluenza con il Brenta e l'acqua si riversò nella piazzetta del paese sommergendo strade e fabbricati.

Sono poi in fase di ultimazione i lavori di costruzione della nuova pista di atletica leggera, della pista di salto in lungo and the shot put, placed in the courtyard of the middle school. Sono stati avviati inoltre i lavori di allargamento e sistemazione del tratto di strada comunale Valgadena, tra le "Case Marchi e Ponte Palazzon" per un importo complessivo di 556 mila euro.

A cura del Genio Civile sono stati ultimati poi i lavori di costruzione di opere di difesa lungo il fiume Brenta in frazione Costa, fra le Case Marchi e il centro di Costa. Lo stesso Ufficio del Genio Civile, accogliendo le richieste dell'Amministrazione comunale sta eseguendo l'adeguamento di opere di difesa sempre lungo il fiume ed a Costa, nel tratto prospiciente il centro della frazione e la Valle Capra per una lunghezza di circa cinquanta metri, elevando i muri di protezione fin sopra il livello stradale. Tale intervento va ad aumentare ulteriormente la sicurezza in caso di piene e permette un recupero considerevole di un tratto di area che sarà destinata alla pubblica utilità.

Sono in fase di avanzata realizzazione nella casa di riposo San Pio X i lavori di costruzione di un nuovo impianto montalettighe. Con l'esecuzione di tale impianto vengono ampliati anche i soggiorni posti in ciascun piano e l'intervento dell'importo di 419 mila euro beneficia di un contributo concesso dalla Regione del Veneto per duecentomila euro

Infine sono in fase di esecuzione i lavori di costruzione del nuovo Ecocentro in località Valgadena. L'opera, del costo complessivo, di 165 mila euro viene finanziata con contributo regionale di 120 mila euro e, per la differenza, con mezzi propri del Comune. Con apposita convenzione, approvata dal Consiglio comunale, l'intervento è stato affidato ad Etra come pure la successiva gestione.


«Questo fervore di opere - afferma il sindaco Angelo Moro - vuole semplicemente essere la dimostrazione che il nostro impegno, in campagna elettorale, non si è fermato soltanto alle chiacchiere, ma che abbiamo voluto dimostrare anche con i fatti, nonostante le mille difficoltà che attualmente angustiano i Comuni d'Italia, la nostra buona volontà nel portare a compimento quegli interventi che interessano la nostra popolazione».
