Milena Velba Nightmare

This dish was presented by Antony to the test of the cook and does most of the recipes in the book "House Clerici.
E 'quick to prepare and is tasty.

Ingredients:

4 large slices of veal thin and fat free

8 slices prosciutto 4 slices provolone large fresh
4 large pitted green olives
80 g bacon into thin slices

oil sage butter

parmesan


Place each slice of meat on a slice of ham, a slice of provolone, a sage leaf, close them and close them a bundle with a toothpick.
