PENS ZUMMINO
This is another tasty recipe Antonella Clerici.
Ingredients 200 g penne
200 g tomatoes 130 g black olives pitted and halved
chopped parsley 100 g
a slice of ham cut into cubes
mayonnaise 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Brown in pan in a little oil celery, carrot and onion into small cubes, combine the parsley and tomatoes and cook.
Cook the penne. Place in a bowl
ham, olives, mayonnaise and mix well.
Drain the penne, toss them in the bowl with the ham, mix, then add the sauce mix and sprinkle with the Parmesan all over again.
